Home Access Center (HAC) is a “one-stop” portal to glimpse students’ academic information which includes class work, attendance records, registration data, etc. You only have to create an account to access all of your students. HAC humble is not only helpful for schooling. It also helps parents or guardians to monitor their children. It has two types;
1- HAC Humble for Students
2- HAC Humble for Parents/ Guardian
HAC Humble for students:
HAC Humble for students has used schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. It is hard to access the data of all students on your own. HAC enables you to make an account and enter the information of all students. You can easily access the information with just one click.
HAC Humble for Parents/Guardian:
Being a parent, are you worried about monitoring your children? HAC is also providing the facility to parents. Parents can also make their accounts on HAC and see the progress of their children. Always keeping an eye on children’s reports can make them more serious about their studies.
How to create a HAC account:
Registering your Account:
Every guardian must have a HAC account. Here is how you can register your account;
- Click on the Home Access Center button found at the bottom of the website.
- Set up your username and password.
- Enter your personal ID Information. This data should match the guardian information in your student’s enrollment application. Then click the registration button.
- Once all the steps are complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- If you can’t receive any email, contact the registration office to verify the email address.
- Click on the link in the email.
- Respond to the question with an accurate answer. After that, click the “Continue” button.
- Then enter the password. The password should be vital.
- You’ll be logged in to Home Access Center by clicking the ‘continue’ button.
- Now you’ll be able to view students’ attendance, results, etc.
HAC Alerts:
You can set up HAC Alerts from the My alerts or Classwork page.
- COURSE Average allows email/push mobile alerts to be sent based on your student’s course averages.
- CLASSWORK allows email/push mobile alerts to be sent based on your student’s assignment grades.
Set up Alert from Classwork page:
Check the ‘Alert me’ box above the classwork details.
- To receive alerts from averages Below a certain percentage, enter the number(1-100) next to below.
- To receive alerts from Above a certain percentage, enter the number next to the above.
- Enter whole numbers; decimals are not allowed.
- To enable an alert for all averages regardless of their level, leave the two fields blank.
Set up Alert from My Alert option:
Use my alerts option to access and change the alert settings you would like to receive for your student. To view this page, move your pointer over your username in the HAC banner then select my alert.
- To receive alerts from averages Below a certain percentage, enter the number(1-100) next to below.
- For receiveing alerts from Above a certain percentage, enter the number next to the above.
- Enter whole numbers; decimals are not allowed.
- To enable an alert for all averages regardless of their level, leave the two fields blank.
To keep your password secure,
At the first step what you have to do is to keep your password secure, do not use something easy to guess, such as your child’s nickname or birthdate. In the Confirm New Password field, enter your new password again. A black dot will display in place of each character you type.
Click Change Password and enter a new password. Your password has been revamped successfully.
Report Cards
The Report Card page displays your student’s most recent report card, if available. The report includes the student’s courses and descriptions, class periods, teachers, room assignments, credits attempted and earned, rank information, attendance, grades, and comment codes.
User Voice:
User Voice enables you to submit ideas to the full community of Home Access Center (HAC) users for developing new software features. You can also vote for proposals submitted by other guardians and students, both in your district and elsewhere. Voting in User Voice helps prioritize suggestions for improving HAC, which in turn enables SunGard to determine the enhancements users would most like to see. The rules on voting are simple. Guardians and their students share a total of 10 votes. You may apply up to three votes in favor of any given proposal, or you may spread your support around by using just one vote per idea. The choice is yours.
